Is there a pickup or drop-off service available?

Yes, we do offer pickup as well as drop-off service for our guests from and to the airport. We have a dedicated Airport Shuttle service that runs back and forth from our head office, free of charge. The shuttle takes less than four minutes from the airport, to reach our main office’s address, Rumbastraat 18, Oranjestad, Aruba. Just let us know, and our swift Shuttle service will be there to pick or drop you off at the airport.

Is pickup available from the airport after closing hours?

Yes, we do offer pickup after closing hours. Please inform us about your arrival as early as possible by sending us an email at info@sunsetaruba.com and request a priority pickup after closing hours from the airport. We will try to accommodate you the best we can.

How secure are my credit card details?

We have a 100% secured gateway to keep your worries at bay. All payments are encrypted via SSL encryption, so your credit card details stay private to you. If you still have queries, contact us for your payment concerns.

Can I extend or shorten my car rental period after booking?

Yes, you may, but we still need a piece of prior information as early as possible. Call us at our Customer care support, and one of our representatives will sort out your rental extensions/reduction.

You will get a quick notification via an email as soon as you make the reservation with us.

What type of car can I hire after arriving in Aruba?

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept digital as well as physical payments. You can make secure payments online as well at our office through credit and debit cards.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge, 24 hours before arrival.

What if I return the vehicle after the rental agreement period?

We advise returning the vehicle in time to avoid surcharges. You will be charged $10 extra for every hour overdue.
